วันที่ 25 มกราคม 2565 นายสุพจน์ สวัสดิ์พุทรา นายกเทศมนตรีตำบลอิสาณได้มอบหมายให้ของสวัสดิการสังคมจัดโครงการวิถีชีวิตใหม่เพื่อฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และวิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ในวิกฤตการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดต่อไวรัสโคโรนาในพื้นที่ ต.อิสาณ อ.เมือง จ.บรีรัมย์ ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ดำเนินโครงการเพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับมาตรการการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อโคโรนา 2019 และเพื่อเสริมสร้างกำลังใจ ฟื้นฟูวิถีชีวิตชุมชน และสร้างอาชีพ โดยจัดอบรม ณ ห้องประชุมศรีพุทรา เทศบาลตำบลอิสาณ
